Welcome to Pods Vibe. These terms apply when you use podsvibe.ae and when you buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them before you order.
1. Age requirement
1.1. You must be 18 or older to use this website and buy our products. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18.
1.2. Our products contain nicotine, which is addictive. We may ask for proof of age at delivery and may cancel any order where we cannot confirm the buyer is 18 or over.
2. Products
2.1. We sell JUUL, IQOS ILUMA and TEREA, nicotine pouches, Al Fakher and RELX products, as listed on the website.
2.2. We try to make product descriptions, photos and prices accurate. Packaging can change between batches, and we cannot guarantee that every detail on the site is error-free. If we find a mistake in the price of an item you ordered, we will contact you before delivery.
2.3. All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund for that item.
3. Orders
3.1. When you place an order you agree to give accurate details: your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address.
3.2. We confirm orders with you by WhatsApp or phone before dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if the details are incomplete, the item is unavailable, or we suspect misuse.
4. Prices and payment
4.1. Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED).
4.2. You can pay cash on delivery, by card, or by bank transfer. A 5% fee is added to card payments and is shown at checkout before you pay.
4.3. Bank transfer orders are dispatched once the payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery
5.1. We deliver within the UAE only: in 1–2 hours to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and within 12 hours to the rest of the UAE, after your order is confirmed.
5.2. Delivery is free on orders of AED 300 or more. Orders under AED 300 have a flat AED 30 delivery fee.
5.3. Delivery times are estimates. Traffic, weather or other events outside our control can cause delays, and we will keep you updated.
6. Returns and refunds
6.1. Our Returns & Refund Policy explains how to report a wrong, damaged or defective item and how refunds work. It forms part of these terms.
7. Your account
7.1. An account may be created for you when you check out, so you can track your orders. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity on your account.
8. Privacy
8.1. How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy. By using the website you agree to it.
9. Brands and trademarks
9.1. Product names and brands such as JUUL, IQOS, TEREA, VELO, DZRT, Al Fakher and RELX belong to their respective owners. Pods Vibe is an independent retailer.
9.2. The Pods Vibe name, logo and website content belong to Pods Vibe and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
10. Changes to these terms
10.1. We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order.
11. Governing law
11.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
